You may view and share links to content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

If you submit information, messages, or content through forms or the AI chat assistant, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. AI Chat Assistant

The AI chat assistant provides responses generated by a large language model on our behalf. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The assistant does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not rely on its responses for any decision that requires professional judgment, and do not share sensitive personal, financial, or health information in the chat.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services (for example, the Generation Regeneration Summit site, Substack, social media platforms, or streaming partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tony Cho and any affiliated individuals or entities will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
